Hard Drive and Media Shredding

Shred Aware uses an industrial hard drive and media shredder to physically destroy storage devices into small, unrecoverable pieces. Service supports common data-bearing items such as hard drives/SSDs, CPUs and components that store data, optical media, tapes, flash storage, and portable devices. Collection can be managed through recurring pickups with locking bins or scheduled as a one-time purge for refresh events, storage room cleanouts, and decommissioned equipment.

IT Asset Disposition and Asset Lifecycle Management

IT Asset Disposition is more than shredding a drive. Shred Aware can support an ITAD workflow by documenting intake, staging assets under controlled handling, separating data-bearing components for destruction, and managing remaining equipment for reuse, recycling, or disposal based on your direction.
